I, Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAbd al- Raḥmān ibn Khālid, a- sk God for forgiveness.

A four-line prayer by Ismāʿīl, son of ʿAbd al-Raḥmān and grandson of the Companion Khālid ibn al-ʿĀṣ: “I, Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Khālid, ask God for forgiveness.” Ismāʿīl and Khālid are both written without the long alif, and asʾalu is again written أسل, as in his father's prayer (QMI-INS-004cb). The writer divides words freely across the line ends (ʿAbd a-/l-Raḥmān, a-/sʾalu, a-/l-maghfirah).
