May God and His angels, and His righteous servants, bless ʿĀʾishah — [written in the] year seventy.
A prayer for a woman named ʿĀʾishah — possibly, though not certainly, ʿĀʾishah bint Abī Bakr, the only Companion recorded under that name. The scribe misspelled "al-malāʾikah" (the angels) by transposing the kāf and yāʾ, and the text is otherwise free of diacritical dots. "Sanah" (year) is spelled with an open tāʾ, and "sabʿīn" (seventy) without its medial yāʾ — orthographic habits shared with several other inscriptions in this corpus.
