O God, forgive the son of the martyr, ʿUmayr ibn Abī Muslim. Āmīn, and it was written in the year eighty.
ʿUmayr identifies himself specifically as the son of a martyr (ibn al-shahīd) rather than naming his father directly — the prayer is for himself, framed through his father's status. The text carries no diacritical dots at all, consistent with many inscriptions of this early period.
